GPAL Fluent: High-level fluent C# API

//The first workflow is handed b, the browser it was added to, and Until repeats it until the Next button stops matching. The second pair are handed nothing: each builds its own browser inside PriceFrom, on a different browser type and engine, and closes it before returning. WithMaxAtOnce(2) lets both run together; passing 1 would run them one after another with no other change. Every workflow adds its rows to the same grid, which is safe to share, and the run list says how each one got on whether or not it published anything.
